Teen Tycoons is a hands-on entrepreneurship program that invites young people to discover how ideas turn into real-world action. In this 10-week adventure, students learn how entrepreneurs think, create, and lead as they move through every step of building a business, from brainstorming ideas and planning, to marketing, managing money, and pitching like a pro. 

Each week brings new challenges, games, and “aha!” moments that spark creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills in a safe, energetic space where teens are encouraged to experiment, collaborate, and learn from mistakes.

By the end of the program, every Teen Tycoon launches a mini-venture of their own and walks away with sharper thinking, stronger leadership, and the tools they can use to build something amazing.

The Sammamish Chamber of Commerce's Emerging Entrepreneurs Program is a special opportunity for youth ages 11–18 to turn a business idea into a real marketplace experience. Designed by Entrepology Studio, this program is for creative, motivated young people who are ready to build something of their own, this program combines practical business learning with the excitement of launching at the Sammamish Farmers Market.

Part 1: Market Readiness Workshop

Saturday, April 25 | 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

a hands-on, high-energy workshop designed to help them sharpen and strengthen their business ideas. They will work on pricing, customer appeal, presentation, sales strategy, and stall planning so they can arrive at the market with greater clarity and confidence.

Part 2: Youth Business Expo at the Sammamish Farmers Market

Wednesday, May 20 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Young entrepreneurs will showcase their ventures at a special Youth Business Expo hosted within the vibrant Sammamish Farmers Market. Each selected participant will operate their own business stall, giving them the chance to display their products, connect with customers, pitch their idea, and experience the thrill of making real sales in a lively community setting.

Our 9-week after-school Bizzy Brains entrepreneurship adventure at McAuliffe Elementary invites curious 3rd - 5th graders to step into the exciting world of ideas, creativity, and enterprise. In this engaging program, students meet once a week for 90 minutes of hands-on exploration, where learning happens through games, storytelling, teamwork, and imaginative challenges.

By the end of the program, students embrace the mindset of creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and future innovators who understand that their ideas have value and that they have the power to shape the world around them.
